Social Media Management and full rebrand
Project Goal: 

Mortgage Girlfriends is a digital resource library and networking community for female mortgage professionals. The original founder developed a small, loyal client base for Mortgage Girlfriends through word of mouth and traditional networking, but hit a growth threshold by not utilizing any social media to grow the community. After 13 years of business, the original website was dated and difficult to navigate, and the clickthrough performance of their resources was on the decline. The ownership of Mortgage Girlfriends changed hands in July 2020, and the new owner reached out to The Marketing Firm immediately to modernize the website and help the business reach its full potential through intentional social media strategy. 

 

The Marketing Firm completed a full business rebrand complete with website and logo design to make Mortgage Girlfriends more modern, appealing, and memorable and to improve the user friendliness and searchability of the website. Additionally, The Marketing Firm created a social media strategy that is driving brand awareness and adding value to the lives of their audience daily. Since partnering with The Marketing Firm, traffic to the Mortgage Girlfriends website has increased dramatically and number of paying members is steadily increasing. Additionally, their social media following has rapidly grown and their overall social media performance is above average in their industry.
